Job Summary:

The occupant should plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate all trade marketing activities for the e-commerce channel in accordance with the agreed brand marketing plan to maximize short and long term sales volume, profit and market share and brand image.

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

1、Implement trade marketing and brand activities

  • Work with Marketing closely to develop and implement e-commerce trade activities following brand plan and guideline for all platforms
  • Work with Marketing closely to develop e-commerce merchandising guideline
  • Drive realization of sales target and enhance brand image in trade through effective coordination and implementation of brand guideline

2、Support the Regionale-commerce team in planning and implementing local promotional activities and initiatives to meet specific regional needs

  • Support regional team with design / promotional material / media expense from HQ trade A&P
  • Plan, co-ordinate, implement & evaluate the brand campaign / NPL with regional team
  • Provide the feedback of the region e-commerce platform situation and initiate improvement proposal to ensure the final results of consumer sales

3、Consolidation of sales and marketing report ; Trade Marketing expense planning, management and controlling

  • Consolidate and analyze the sales operation information to support e- commerce in working out the executable plans
  • Monitor, forecast & audit sales situation and market environment
  • Closely work with BA to manage and control trade marketing expenses for HQ trade A&P (both for HQ and region clients)
  • Responsible for gathering market intelligence information (competitors’activities, pricing, sales channel) and send monthly/quarterly reporting to management team
  • Work closely with supply chain for sales forecast, logistic and stock to
  • ensure the smooth operation of e-commerce sales team

4. Overallin-chargeofordering,production,forecasting,distributionandcontrol of promotional materials

  • Manage the marketing services organizations eg. GWP agencies, designers, printings, promotions companies
  • Coordinate promotion materials eg. GWP management as well as PO release, etc

5. Drive purchasing activities

  • Screen and pre-select potential suppliers through the supplier qualification process
  • Conduct supplier visits
  • Build and administer request for quotation
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers
  • Monitor contract/PO compliance and assist in defining corrective
  • actions to improve contract compliance
  • Measure supplier performance on all deliveries

6. Provide support to MOT Acceleration Project

  • Coordinate with regions on information collection & provide analysis report
  • PO management

Requirements: 

  • More than 5 years working experience in FMCG multi-national companies, with solid Trade MKT background including around 2 years working experience on e- commerce in FMCG multi-national companies
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to details
  • Inspirational attitude/patience & passion with positive nature
  • Good English both in oral and written
  • Good computer skill in report & analysis
