JOB POSITION: Deputy Manager
REPORTING LINE: Store Manager

Product management: suiting collections to customer’s tastes, making orders, returns, ranges, invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. Also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and orders, and carrying out the inventory for the section.
Image: setting up and coordinating garments; controlling the image of the section. Personnel management: helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section; evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager; training and motivating the staff in their section; helping the manager organize timetables, holidays, sales periods and bank holidays.
Staff Management: Organizing section personnel, assigning duties, training, motivation, follow up, holidays, breaks, rota, and all documents related (for incoming and outgoing staff), conflict solving。
Budget control: Handle all section resources in an efficient way, reaching the highest sales objectives with the lowest cost (hours, electricity, materials (bags, paper, stationery, hangers, furniture, TGT, Cassio, wastage, robbery, tills, security procedure…).
-Fluent in verbal and written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated；
-Ability to manage sales;
-Ability to deal with customers’ needs;
-Excellent team leadership, communication skills and teamwork spirit；
-University degree is required;
-At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry;
