What are my responsibilities?

  • Assist sales to handle internal process and communication in order to accomplish sales target of the whole sales team.
  • Get updated information of pipeline, forecast, i***entory and feedback to sales and customers in time.
  • Support manager to handle business and report.
  • Study products and help the sales to get orders.
  • Communicate with commercial officer, manufacturers and customers, assist the sales to push the product delivery in order to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales with customer visiting and conduct aftersales service to the customers.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor or above.
  • 1-5 years working experience
  • Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
  • Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience
  • Quick learner with good sense of business
  • Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
