To operate within the Retail Team, reporting directly to the Retail Manager, responsible for supervising all store operational tasks and supporting the store expansion plans for the assigned region. Also, to be responsible for landlord management in own area, contact, market research and negotiations etc. in accordance with company strategy.
-Check if store deliver the core concept of New Look customer service for assigned region.
-Monitor if store resolve customer complaints and provide after sales service in accordance with SOP.
Product & Visual
-Systematically follow up industrial trends and competitors’ new release and provide commercial feedback and solution for products to merchandising manager and retail manager.
-Check the feedback of products line from our market and communicate with merchandising manager and retail manager.
-Supervise and check store products demand, manage transfer in and out between stores and warehouse.
-Cooperate with merchandising department in any discount and promotion
-Make sure all store staff deliver excellent New Look image, in terms of products replenishment, cleanliness in store, furniture layout, and overall maintenance.
-Support retail manager to communicate with all relevant departments to ensure the new store opening is on schedule and with appropriate and sufficient stock level and manpower.
-Support the retail Manager in coordinating store managers activities.
-Support retail manager in developing, implementing and monitoring the operation standards of the stores and check the status regularly.
-Make sure all stores fully implement anti-theft, fitting room management and stock room management policy.
-Follows up sales goals and budgets to maximize profit for in-charge region
-Provide guidance, coaching and development plan to store management to ensure achievement of store goals.
-Enhance store staff’s service conscious, skills and quality by store visiting, communicating, observing.
-Work with retail manager, national trainer and HR department to formulate and optimize rewards and penalties policy.
-Cooperate with national trainer to improve store KPI through different administrative and commercial procedures coaching (POS, Sales, Discounts, Returns, Exchanges, Stocks, Transfers, After Sales, CRM, etc.);
-Cooperate with retail manager and HR department to design store staff development plan.
Technical and Behavioral Skills, Knowledge & Experience
-A self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication, and staff development are essential
-Highly organized & proactive with strong ownership & passion for the brand.
-Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
-Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization
-A minimum of 3 years managerial experience in fashion retail and 6 years retail industry experience, with hands-on area management experience.

-Good understanding of fashion.
-Bachelor degree with fluent English
-Strong analytical and PC skills (MS Office, user level)
