职责简述:

1.依据公司整体战略,制定销售战略规划,把握行业及公司业务的拓展方向,带领团队完成公司确定的销售目标。

2.负责公司销售队伍建设及培养,打造高素质、高绩效销售团队,培养公司销售团队文化。

3.建立、健全部门的各项规章制度。

4.负责制订项目营销策略、媒体传播、推广计划。

5.负责提炼项目的核心价值,以及各策略分部的广告文案、宣传物料审核。

6.责协调相关资源,确保营销策略的顺利实施。

Job responsibilities:

1. According to the overall strategy of company, develop sales strategy planning and grasp the industry and the company’s business development direction, in order to lead the team to complete the company’s sales target.

2. Take charge of building and training sales team, have talented in creating high-quality sales team, and team culture.

3. Establish and perfect the rules and regulations of the sales and marketing department.

4. Formulate marketing strategies, media transmission and promotion plans of the project.

5. Extract core values of the project and examine the advertisements and promotion materials from various strategy divisions.

6. Coordinate relevant resources to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategies.

任职要求:

1.国内985/211高校、海外名校。

2.学历:博士。

3.专业:经济类(经济、金融等)、文学类(新闻、传媒、广告等)管理类(企业管理、工商管理、市场营销、公共管理等)、统计学。

4.其他:有相关工作经验的优先考虑。

Job qualifications:

1. University: Project 211/985 universities in China or renowned overseas universities.

2. Educational background: Doctor’s degree.

3. Major: Economy-related majors (Economy, Finance, etc.), literature-related majors (Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertisement, etc.); management-related majors (Enterprise Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Management, etc.), Statistics.

4. Others: preferably those with relevant working experience.
