Objective of the Position

Responsible for Service Contract management for Van Service Contracts

Qualification Required


Bachelor/Master degree in Business or Engineering.


At least 3 years of work experience in the automotive industry are a big benefit

Specific Knowledge

– Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

– Technical understanding

– Outstanding English ability – written and spoken

– Knowledge of After-Sales parts/service business

– Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

Task Designation

1. Product management of Service Contracts for Vans

– New product development: business case analysis and market needs investigation to develop new suitable VAN service contract product

– Dealer incentive: implement incentive policy to steer retail sales volume

– Market promotion: overall market promotion planning, conduct market communication & promotion via various channels to promote sales

– Dealer communication & training: conduct dealer training & communication workshop to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

– Sales target: yearly sales target and KPI setting and achievement

2. Operational Management of new contracts and claims

– Manage activation of new contracts and decision of claims (Vans SC only)

3. Interface to FBAC for service contract related topics

4. Interface to DAG for service contract related topics

5. Dealer operational support:

– Support dealer in daily business on Van SC, handle dealer inquiries etc
