Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop a tactical marketing plan that promotes the GUCCI brand, product offering, services and expert advice
  • Implement the agreed special, regular and themed programmers and events and communicate these appropriately
  • Develop marketing programmers to recruit new customers to the database as well as retain existing customers
  • Work with the project leaders and buyers to plan the marketing programs and events in advance, ensuring maximum communication and support for business unit
  • Work with PR agency to monitor daily report, monthly report and yearly PR calendar, etc.
  • Ensure store staff are briefed and trained to ensure maximum benefit during all in-store special events
  • Develop and execute all programmers within the approved framework and within authorized budget
  • Analyze and evaluate the results for all marketing activities, prepare reports as required including proposals, post event analysis, etc.
  • Recognize business opportunities and be responsive to market conditions in order to maximize business opportunities and be competitive

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 3 years’ experience in marketing field in luxury and retail industry
  • Clear understanding of the current luxury market in mainland China
  • Experience in initiating, developing, and executing marketing programmers to drive sales and grow new customer database
  • Strong network of potential partners to grow new customer database and create campaign relevant programs
  • Creative abilities to devise WOW programs
  • Strong passion for fashion
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit to effectively motivate, share ideas with team and external parties
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational skills and in multi-tasking with good time management
