Responsibility:

1.Work with sales team to achieve GT sell-out target

2.Integrate activations by BU in same territory and drive higher execution efficiency

3.Initial cross category or corporate activation for different location or occasion with attractive mechanism to trigger target shoppers of GT

4.Establish activation evaluation process and measurement

5.Drive all kinds of activation execution in field with clear KPI setting

6.Build an activation team in HQ/Region/Field with high competence and efficiency

Requirement:

More than 5 years’ experience on event or activation management:

1. Trade Marketing experience is must have, especially on shopper engagement

2. Sales background can add value

3. Marketing experience would be preferred

4. Demonstrated ability to work cross function is very important

5. Deep understanding on category/shopper insights

6. Strong demonstration on leadership especially for field execution
