Job Description

Amazon Global Selling: The Marketplace or “Selling on Amazon” business exists in 10 countries and exceeds 50% of total Amazon unit sales and growing. Each year, tens of thousands of businesses join the marketplace adding millions of new products. Our vision is to offer customers Earth’s largest selection. China Global Selling aims to deliver on this vision by identifying massive China Sellers, bring their product selection to Amazon’s global marketplaces. The role we are hiring will focus on planning and executing online marketing activities to drive Amazon Global Selling awareness and support business goal.

In this role you will drive overall Global Selling online marketing strategy planning and executing. You will lead the team to manage and grow multi digital channels including email, website, database marketing, social channels etc, to drive traffic and leads acquisition goal.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving business growth through digital marketing channels and activities. He/she need be creative, result driven, capable to optimize each digital channel’s performance, capable to optimize the impact with limited marketing budget. He/she should be a good communicator both in English and mandarin, oral and written. About the role

  • Develop and execute overall Global selling online marketing 12-month calendar;
  • Set and work with multi teams to achieve overall global selling leads acquisition goal;
  • Develop and optimize multi digital channels;
  • Support DSR team on leads acquisition and SSR team on traffic optimization;
  • Manage the team;
  • Support asia pacific AGS teams in terms of experience sharing and coach.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree at least;
  • Good at both English and Chinese, oral and writing;
  • 10+ years working experience, 5 + years in digital marketing;
  • Proved record of driving business through digital channels;
  • Solid experience in managing multi stakeholders;
  • Team management experience.
  • Good business acumen, good communication skill

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consumer industry working experience prefereed
  • E-commerce industry knowledge and experience;
