- To do lease transfers related works and communicate with Richemont for the license and opening issues. – To track ongoing and future developments, pro-actively support BD Manager in following up and assessing opportunities for MTB. – To establish, maintain and update a comprehensive database and information library of all existing locations well as building up market knowledge of comparable transactions and pipeline developments. – To prepare internal briefing papers , status report and market analysis as required by MTB and Richemont. – Help BD Manager on case study and financial stimulation related with the CAR application. – Help BD manager following on the orders list of the corporate purchases. – Cooperate with BD manager to manager the leases and legal documents. Prepare for the copies, check the papers, Monitor the documents going through the procedure, collection and delivery. – Assist BD manager during the negotiation with LLs. Chasing for the feedback and solutions, etc. – Support retail to communicate with LLs for store operation related things. – Other Office routine and administration support for BD – Invoice collection and apply for reimbursement, etc – Other relative Retail issues.
‘Hard’ – 4 year University Degree – Proven track record in previous employment (better have working experience in brand company) – Good English and Mandarin skills ‘Soft’ – Analytical mind, good communication skill – Positive attitude – Customer oriented – Team work
