Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

    • Be accountable for full P&L responsibility and growth of market share of the retail business
    • Oversee strategic planning, development and coordination of all merchandising and brand communications programs to promote the sale of company products and further the brand’s sales objectives and maximize business growth
    • Develop relationships and drive product development, merchandise planning and inventory, retail and marketing to ensure positive creative direction as a brand, and make recommendations for success
    • Monitor online and offline sales platforms and channels. Pro-actively anticipate and react to ever-changing trends for new brand and marketing opportunities to drive both revenue growth and profitability
    • Understand market trends, consumer needs and competitive landscape, draw insights and propose business actions
    • Perform strategic analysis on product and merchandise information and transform key data into proven business results
    • Lead regional subsidiaries and monitor brand building activities through advertising, promotional activities, event marketing and loyalty programs etc., as well as to ensure excellent execution of those initiatives

Experience / Qualification Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
    • At least 15 years brand management experience with proven track record in driving incremental business performance
    • Complete grasp of brand building and product marketing
    • Proven track record of managing complex teams
    • Familiar with retail market trend and current leading chain stores’ operation, wholesale and retailers especially in Asia and China regions
    • Enthusiastic, passionate, independent, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure
    • Ability to multitask, adapting to an extremely fast-paced environment
    • Creative with entrepreneurial mindset, able to establish effective working relationship with different stakeholders
    • Strong balance between quantitative and qualitative management skills
