We are looking for a highly effective Director of APAC Marketing, Communications and PR to join the Global Corporate Communications team. This person will lead all internal and external APAC communications and PR efforts, and provide dedicated and high-quality communications management for the APAC region, in order to:


  • Raise the industry profile of FCB and to attract the best talent and clients
  • Develop, shape and manage brand identity throughout the region
  • Formulate an integrated marketing strategy that is customized to fit client objectives and illustrated through a cohesive, compelling presentation.
  • Generate marketing communications solutions and lead agency-wide sponsorships and activations
  • Discover and develop opportunities to champion and celebrate the network’s executives and work
  • Foster key media and press contacts while garnering local and global news for the agency
  • Seamlessly drive and execute campaigns and programs, ensuring clear communication and transparency between the client, agency and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all teams are kept in the loop, funneling communication to key internal stakeholders for implementation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the agency and client, specifically owning the delivery of all program assets, troubleshooting issues and fielding all inquires


  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • 10 years or more of marketing, communications and PR experience, preferably within the advertising or media sector
  • Demonstrate gravitas, charm, a can-do approach and industry knowledge of the APAC market
  • Organization and attention to detail – we don’t even mind if you’re a bit of a perfectionist
  • Ability to manage a multitude of tasks on tight deadlines with confidence and authority
  • A natural networker and relationship builder, with key media, press and trade contacts
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and orally, demonstrated through a portfolio of successful PR campaigns and placements
  • Motivated, confident and ambitious, with a vibrant and dynamic personality
  • Proven talent for creating and executing digitally driven multi-platform solutions
  • Cross-platform content ideation, project management and presentation development for clients
  • Basic understanding of the creative development process, as well as content marketing and emerging digital and social platforms
  • Knowledge of basic research metrics, with experience in translating and shaping data into compelling stories aligning with a brand’s target market
  • Strong organizational, project management, writing, storytelling and presentation skills
  • Passionate about the industry, branded content and creating best-in-class client solutions

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully operate within a global organization, effectively communicating with executives, interdepartmental teams and external clients
