Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop brand strategy with local adaptation of global assets, collaborate with Marcoms team to deliver brand message accurately and consistently to consumers.
2. Develop & implement annual brand plan based on aligned brand strategy.
3. Develop & deliver new product launch plan, ensure good communication and deployment to sales force as well as all related business partners.
4. Co-work with product team to define consumer oriented market opportunities, business intelligence/market intelligence to facilitate optimal category development strategy & product positioning.
5. Closely work with regional Trade Marketing team to develop & implement total brand promotion strategy based on brand strategy & deep trade understanding, and consistently optimize promotion portfolio in terms of both sales performance & profitability.
6. Build relationships and alliances with HQ Brand Marketing team in US as well as key marketing partners in China.
7. Develop Marketing programs for E-Commerce business opportunities.
8. Provide product training programs as per market requirements.
Qualification:
1. 5 years+ brand management MKTG experience in industries including FMCG, Lifestyle & Fashion etc.
2. Preferable with experiences of new brand/category development.
3. Open-minded, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and strong communication skills.
4. Strong ownership of brand & business.
5. Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
6. University degree or above.
7. Excellent written & oral English.
