  • Responsible for brand image building and brand communication internally and externally;
  • Work with headquarter marketing department and China’s marketing cross-team to understand Corporate Identity guidelines and implement in compliance accordingly;
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and tactics to dial up brand-level communication; support each campaign awareness and engagement with target segments.
  • Source, identify and build sustainable partnership with paid social platforms, KOL and brand advocates in a holistic social marketing management.
  • Actively track, measure the effectiveness of digital media efficiency, monitor investment ROI towards paid social clients, and take learning for future plan optimization
  • Regularly monitor social media trends, market insights, explore new digital media platform and tools, and competitor information acquirement.
  • Work cross internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure content plan alignment, execution quality and on-time delivery.
  • Develops and retain talents
  • Coaches and provides regular objective appraisals and feedback to subordinates.
  • Providing solutions, appraising the results and feedback on the regular basis to adjust or provide new strategy for better marketing approaches, developing company’s brand and products according to our market position.
  • Improving marketing research and survey, collecting related marketing, industry and technical information to keep them up to date.
  • Manage CRM system and leverage consumer database efficiently, develop communities and ambassadorship for brand advocacy.


  • 6+ years of marketing experience, preferable in Marketing Communications or Brand Management
  • CRM experience with a sound understanding of loyalty program preferred
  • Digital marketing experience is a MUST
  • Curiosity towards market landscape, emerging trends, and industry prospects
  • Strong analytical understanding and proven capability to drive and inform creative-relevant business decisions and strategy/tactics development
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Solid project management experience to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and balance multiple priorities
  • Passion for consumer experience
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
  • Must possess a can-do attitude and take initiative to handle and resolve issues independently and quickly when faced with obstacles
  • Problem solving and decision making skills, with an ability to think outside the box
  • Strong leadership with team management experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) required, and proficiency in Photoshop preferred.
  • University degree or above
  • Advertising agency or lifestyle brand experience a plus
  • Mid-Senior level
  • Excellent oral & written language skills – English & Mandarin
