PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Manage product development of a sub-segment(s) under the supervision of associated marketing director towards achieving both sales performance and consumer recognition.

Conduct vigorously consumer, competitive environment and sales performance analyses of assigned product line’s participation to unveil industrial and consumer insights
Direct and develop responsible product line’s menu strategy based on insights for management alignment
Guide and manage new product development projects in line with aligned category/segment strategy and Yum! China processes to safeguard calendar and pipeline demand
Lead advertising agency for the integrated ATL and BTL activation plan development and execution that maximizes effect of the spending for launch objectives. Develop media brief and work with media team for effective and efficient media proposal.
Work with cross function team to support calendared campaign of responsible product line
Initiate MR proposal based on research needs, manage the agreed market research project and analyze research results for action with CI team (C&P, Ad test, quails
Bachelor degree or above. MBA/post graduated is preferred.
Intermediate-level computer skills and especially good at excel and power-point
Good paperwork and presentation skill
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
At least 6 years experience in MKT function of multi-national FMCG company, minimum 3 years leading role in MKT function.
Experience in food company and rich product development management is preferred.
Good communication skill within and across functions and levels to gain commitment and build partnerships for effective working output
