·Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales
·Research, choose, design and manage live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
·Work with regional product marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, trainign and content to successfully highlight local products in the marketing mix
·Forecast, measure, analyze, report on impact and ROI of programs
·Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing actvities
·Evaluate, select, and manage local vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including events venues, services, digital marketing agencies, local designers, writers, data managers, translation and production vendors
·Develop and implment with sales target account strategies to support account-based selling
·Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional, and local programs
·Marketing content: localize global marketing assets by adding appropriate North Asia flavor, develop case study for reference clients, sales collaterals, selling tools.
·Technologies to use: Salesforce.com (SFDC); Eloqua; Excel; Powerpoint; analytics and workflow software
Success metrics: Inquiry / response rates (marketing leads); deamnd conversion, database growth / health; local market business intelligence; pipeline acceleration impact.
