Responsibilities:
– Acts as the voice of the consumer for the China market;
– Guide the design, implementation, and analysis of research;
– Analyzes market data and research findings to develop insights into the category, brand, and consumer;
– Analyzes competitive communications to identify unique positioning opportunities;
– Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to the client’s business;
– Manage and disseminate primary and secondary research findings and strategic implications to the client and across agency teams.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree required;
– 5years of industry experience, with at least 3 of those years in brand strategy, account planning or market research;
– Strong English & Mandarin written and oral communication skills (able to convincingly write and present strategic plans and presentations);
– Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential;
– Possess excellent project management ability and attention to detail and is effectively organized;
– Able to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
